I am looking into purchasing investment properties and I would like a book that has good formulas in it to know what to look for in a potential property. To see if the rent works with the purchase price.

2. Let see.... we are in recession and there is load of foreclosure. It is the best time in the market for home buyer. Seize the moment but suffered the economy.
